Configuring Import Data Manager to receive readings data

Import Data Manager consists of a dispatcher service, a data management service, and a task type that all prepare the IEE environment for import. Import Data Manager processes files through ARI and SRI-E. Configure the following to prepare the IEE environment for data import.

• AMI Reading Import

Note: Maximum Work Bin File Size is the ARI system setting that determines the size of the work bin files. For more information about this setting, see "Configuring AMI Reading Import System Settings" in the IEE MDM Help.

Note: Number of Import Data Manager Threads is the General system setting that determines the number of threads that the Import Data Manager Service uses. For more information about this setting, see "General System Settings" in the IEE MDM Help.
